Tom, a first-generation dairy farmer, and his wife, Janet, began dairying in 2000, and he has since grown his operation to more than 750 cows on 1,800 acres at two locations of equal size. He raises the majority of his dairy’s replacement heifers and grows all of his own forage. Tom is currently the Chief Executive Officer and a board member of AG Venture Financial Services, Inc. He served on the board of directors for St. Albans Cooperative Creamery prior to its merger with DFA.
