Neil milks 150 cows and farms 160 acres of wheat for hay. He is a board member of National Milk Producers Federation and is on the Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy board representing Dairy Management Inc. Neil is also the PA announcer for the local high school football team on Friday nights.
