Keith, a third-generation dairy farmer, operates Long Farms with his wife, Connie, and son, Brian. They milk 600 cows, and they farm 3,200 acres of corn, soybeans, and wheat. Raised on a dairy farm, Keith assumed sole ownership of Long Farms in 1973.
