Vice President, Ethics and Compliance

Julie joined DFA in 2017 with 20 years of experience in internal audit, compliance, and regulatory leadership roles. In her current role as Vice President of DFA’s Ethics and Compliance Department, she is responsible for promoting a culture of integrity and ethical decision-making throughout the organization. This includes oversight of the ethics concerns reporting program and leading enterprise-wide efforts to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
