Vice President, Ethics and Compliance

Julie serves as Vice President of DFA’s Ethics and Compliance Department, where she leads the strategy and oversight of the Cooperative’s enterprise ethics and compliance program and promotes a culture of integrity and ethical decision-making across the organization. She oversees the ethics concerns reporting program and enterprise-wide efforts to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
