As herdsman on Ingleside Dairy Farm, Jennifer is responsible for caring for their 350 milking Holsteins. She works with her parents, brother, and three full-time employees on the third-generation dairy, which includes 2,000 acres of rented and owned land. Six robotic milkers and an automatic calf feeder are currently used on the dairy. She was a fellow for Virginia Agriculture Leaders Obtaining Results (VALOR) in 2016. Jennifer is a member of DFA’s Executive Committee.
