Chief People Officer

As DFA’s Chief People Officer, Jack leads the organization’s global people strategy end to end. He oversees all facets of the people function, including talent management, learning and development, talent acquisition, executive and total compensation and rewards, employee and labor relations, employee engagement, and organizational development. Jack is committed to fostering an environment where employees are engaged, empowered, and aligned with the organization’s mission. Since joining DFA in 2007 as Director of Human Resources, Administration, and Benefits, Jack has held various roles. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, providing strategic leadership for the human resources function with a strong focus on shared services. Jack has more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience.
