Eric is a second-generation dairy farmer who, along with his wife, Megan, and in partnership with his parents, milks 15,000 cows on three facilities in New Mexico. The family operation farms more than 18,000 acres and operates a 900-head cow-calf ranch. Eric’s family raises all their replacement heifers along with beef and dairy crosses.
