Doug farms 2,500 acres of corn, soybeans, and alfalfa, milks 450 cows, and finishes about 2,000 Holstein steers each year with his three sons. Doug serves on the National Milk Producers Federation board and the Nebraska division of Midwest Dairy Association. He is a recipient of the Proud to Be a Nebraska Farmer Award. Doug is a member of DFA’s Executive Committee.
