Craig, along with his wife, Katharine, son, Cameron, and daughter, Cali, owns and operates a 700-cow dairy farm. The farm also consists of 2,000 acres of crops, a milling company, custom harvesting, custom heifer raising, and manure injection businesses. Craig and Katharine have been in the dairy business for more than 40 years.
