Craig, along with his wife, Katharine, son, Cameron, and daughter, Cali, own and operate Cam Cal Kar Dairy Farm, located in Browntown, Wis. Craig has been in the dairy business for more than 50 years. The family milks 1,000 Holsteins and grows 2,000 acres of crops. The farm also consists of a milling company, as well as custom harvesting, custom heifer raising, and manure injection businesses. Craig currently serves on the National Milk Producers Federation board. Craig and Katharine have been in the dairy business for more than 40 years.
