Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen berry mix (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries)
  • ½ cup 2% cottage cheese
  • ¾ cup 100% pomegranate juice
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 4–5 ice cubes

Method

  1. Step One:

    Combine ingredients

    Add all ingredients to blender.

    Blend until smooth  

    Pulse on high until ice is fully blended and a smooth consistency is reached.
