Ingredients:

  • 1 slice sourdough bread
  • 1 ounce fresh mozzarella pearls, halved
  • ½ small avocado
  • Fresh basil
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze

Method

  1. Step One:

    Prepare the bread

    Lightly toast the sourdough bread (if desired) and arrange a layer of fresh basil on top.

    Cut avocado
