We offer butter in different formats and sizes for various applications.
- Anhydrous milk fat (AMF): Also known as clarified butter, it adds function, flavor, and depth to everything from sauces and ice cream to chocolate and baked goods
- Butter solids: Delicious butter used for baking, brushing, or mixing up confections. Our rich, salted and unsalted varieties meet the highest performance and flavor standards
- Clarified butter oil: The same great clarified butter taste and function, but in oil form. This form adds even more flexibility to how it's used
- European-style butter: With a higher butterfat content, this butter offers premium performance and flavor. This high-plasticity culinary wonder brings another layer of perfection to any application
- Spreadable: Made by blending cream with oils, such as canola or olive oil, resulting in a soft texture that spreads easily, even when refrigerated. Available in various sizes
- Whipped: Air is whipped into butter to make it lighter and smoothly spreadable. Available in various sizes

Our bulk cheese options can deliciously satisfy many needs. At DFA, we're experts in crafting a wide variety of cheese in many forms and sizes, like slices, shreds, diced, and more. We make:
