Paul and his wife, Sonya, are third-generation dairy farmers, milking 3,800 cows in California’s central valley on three different dairies. On the farm, they raise their own replacement heifers, double-crop 850 acres with corn and winter forage and farm 300 acres of almond trees. Paul serves on the California Dairy Environmental Justice Fund and Dairy Cares, a non-profit focused on ensuring the long-term sustainability of California’s dairy farm families.
