Senior Vice President, Human Resources

With more than 25 years of experience managing human resources functions, Jack joined DFA in 2007 as director of human resources, administration and benefits. In his current role, he holds strategic responsibility for the human resources function, with a primary focus on shared services, including payroll, benefits, retirement, employee/labor relations, human resources systems, compensation and analytics. Additionally, he serves as the human resources lead for all due-diligence activities and related integration of new acquisitions into DFA’s systems, policies, procedures and overall culture.
