Jack Haak

Vice President, Human Resources

With over 25 years of experience managing HR functions, Jack joined DFA in 2007 as director of human resources, administration and benefits. In his current role, he holds strategic responsibility for the human resources function, with a primary focus on shared services, including payroll, benefits, retirement, employee/labor relations, HR systems, compensation and analytics. Additionally, he serves as the HR lead for all due-diligence activities and related integration of new acquisitions into DFA’s systems, policies, procedures and overall culture.
