Milk Protein Concentrate

Milk Protein Concentrate (MPC) is produced by filtration methods (Ultrafiltration and Diafiltration) which capture essentially all the casein and whey proteins contained in the raw material stream in the finished product, resulting in a casein-to-whey protein ratio equivalent to that of the original milk. MPC 70 is made through ultrafiltration of Grade A skim milk and spray-drying of the milk retentate.

With a clean milk taste and white to light cream color, this versatile, shelf-stable powder is a great replacement for nonfat and skim milk powder and can be used to create high-protein, low-carbohydrate speciality foods. Protein-stable, it's ideal for whipping in meringues, mousses, ice creams and desserts. Additionally, its the perfect addition to infant formula and dietary beverages.
