These cheese selections are available as private label or under one of DFAs own regional brands: Mid-America Farms, California Gold and Golden Cheese Company. DFA also provides Italian-style cheesegrated Paremesan/Romano, whole milk Mozzarella, LMPS Mozzarella, and Provoloneto customers across the country. Primarily produced at DFAs New Wilmington, Pennsylvania and Turlock, CA cheese plants, DFA sells its Italian-style cheese for private label use or under its own bulk brandsEnricco and Jacobo.

They can choose from assorted weights of Pasteurized Processed American in ribbon sliced, vertically sliced stacks, loaves and blocks.
