Cheese: Mid-America Farms branded cheese is processed at DFA facilities and is a holiday favorite for those who purchase DFA-labeled cheese through DFA Mart on the web or through our regional cheese store locations. Butter: Mid-America Farms is labeled on butter marketed and distributed through DFA's joint venture relationship with Keller's Creamery. Pennsylvania based Keller's Creamery is the second largest manufacturer and marketer of butter and butter products with strong ties to East Coast consumers and retail outlets.

Butteroil: Do you like popcorn? Mid-America Farms label is also carried on DFA-produced clarified butter oil (CBO) that is used in movie theater popcorn poppers across the country. DFA's own Winthrop, MN plant is a single source for both Mid-America labeled clarified butteroil (CBO) and anhydrous milkfat (AMF). DFA is a USDA-approved manufacturer, whose products are certified Kosher, Circle U, and a participant in the American Institute of Baking.
