With great pride, DFA provides customers with Italian cheese under its own regional branded labels, Jacobo, Enricco, and CalGold in the Western U.S.

DFA's three plants in New Wilmington, Penn., West Middlesex, Penn., and Turlock, CA use members' regional milk supply to develop top quality products for the steady growth category in the Italian cheese segment.

Provolone & Mozzarella: Jacobo, CalGold, and Enricco labels are best known for Italian style natural white cheese. Provolone and Mozzarella are sold in loaves, blocks and shreds to customers in the food service, restaurants, and delicatessens.

Cheddar: The Jacobo label also provides yellow Cheddar cheese in both blocks and shreds. Cheddar is sold in loaves, blocks and shreds to customers in the food service, restaurants, and delicatessens.
