About the Area Council

The Central Area of Dairy Farmers of America, Inc. (DFA) serves a milkshed extending into 10 states. DFA’s Central Area represents 3,601 member farms that market 5.5 billion pounds of milk cooperatively. The Area also markets about 870 million pounds of milk annually from 480 non-member farms.
