Headquartered in Springfield, Missouri, DairiConcepts, L.P.® manufactures and markets cheese and dairy ingredients for sophisticated applications in the food processing industry. Named to reflect an emphasis on innovation, DairiConcepts is a joint venture between the former NZMP Key Ingredients and the food ingredients division of DFA.

Owned and managed equally by two of the largest dairy cooperatives in the world—DFA and Fonterra—DairiConcepts leverages the strengths of these two powerful organizations, offering food processors an unprecedented level of support, spray-dry expertise, focus on dairy, and quality that exceeds industry standards.

In 2002, DFA and Fonterra began production of Milk Protein Concentrate (MPC) for the United States market in Portales, New Mexico. The expanded joint venture relationship between the two cooperatives signifies the first time ever for Grade A MPC to be produced in the US.
