John is responsible for the overall business and profit and loss for consumer branded cheese and butter. He comes to DFA from the Parmalat North American Group, where he managed the bakery unit in the United States and Canada. Prior to Parmalat, John managed the food service division of ConAgra Refrigerated Foods. He began his food career with Frito-Lay in sales, operations and distribution.
